Role Summary

As Director, Customer Success, you will own a portfolio of key client accounts, all of whom consider Mytonomy a critical part of their digital health infrastructure. In this high visibility role, you will work closely with clients, our Sales Team, and our Product Team to execute strategic and tactical plans related to account activity and the deployment of our product. This leader is responsible for the overall success of active accounts by tying product usage to client-specific ROI metrics, eventually leading to an expansion of the account.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Monitors every step of the deployment process; from planning to go live, and post-launch optimization.
  • Coordinates all aspects of project implementation working closely with the client and internal project team members to meet targeted deadlines according to obligations outlined in each client contract.
  • Develops and drives strategic plans to meet performance expectations and identifies expansion opportunities to drive growth within key accounts.
  • Cultivates and maintains relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Anticipates potential challenges/risks and proactively manages client issues on a day-to-day basis.
  • Monitors project status, ensures project milestones are on track, reports out updates, and provides strategic recommendations to client and internal project teams.
  • Accelerate customer’s purchase-to-value timeframe and thereby protecting retention/renewal revenue while expanding customer viewership and usage.
  • Tracking adoption KPI metrics and tying them to ROI for the customer including improvements in quality, communications, and safety domains.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related area of study
  • 5+ years’ Project Management experience with SaaS companies
  • Experience with Project Management software (Microsoft Project or similar)
  • Experience working on simultaneous implementation projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Works well in a fast paced, results-oriented, hands-on environment
  • Ability to manage operations and teams remotely
  • Project Management certification such as PMP is a plus
