Mytonomy’s SaaS-based platform helps deliver video-based patient engagement with integrated communications for our clients, which include some of the country’s largest health systems like Hackensack Meridian Health (NJ), Saint Luke’s of KC, and Carilion Clinic (Roanoke, VA), to name a few. We also work with innovators such as Onduo, Alphabet’s virtual diabetes clinic. We are growing rapidly and made the Inc 5000 list in 2020.
As Director, Customer Success, you will own a portfolio of key client accounts, all of whom consider Mytonomy a critical part of their digital health infrastructure. In this high visibility role, you will work closely with clients, our Sales Team, and our Product Team to execute strategic and tactical plans related to account activity and the deployment of our product. This leader is responsible for the overall success of active accounts by tying product usage to client-specific ROI metrics, eventually leading to an expansion of the account.
